Snake Print Nails

Hi guys! This week I tried out a new technique that involved meshing and a snake print look. I went through my fabric pile and found meshing which sent me into a fury of excitement! Keeping the colors pretty neutral, I used Wet n' Wild in Black Creme and OPI in On Her Majesty's Secret Service. After placing two layers of the Black Creme, I placed meshing over the dry layer and dabbed on On Her Majesty's Secret Service with a makeup sponge. It could have been executed a  little better but I am still very happy with the result. What do you think?

Valentine's Day Nails

I absolutely enjoy the color pink on my nails. It just gives it that girly pop especially when you have a cute outfit on. So of course with Valentines day coming around, I have been so excited to come up with a fun, pink design. I decided to use my new Revlon nail polish in Popular and a dark silver nail polish to create this look. I don't have plans for this Valentines day because I am currently single but I hope to get myself a basket of candy, specifically chocolate because I have a serious sweet tooth. I hope your Valentine's day is full of love!

Braided Nails

We are in the beginning of February and suddenly winter really decides to show its face. I am looking out the window and it is a windy, winter wonderland out there with the snow piled up to about a foot. My mom told me she got about 25 inches in the New England area. Hopefully you are all keeping safe and warm if you're stuck in this blizzard too. Today I am posting another nail design called braided nails. This design is great for many casual occasions and I love to show it off. It is very easy to do, just paint a diagonal strip of alternating colors from one side to the next on top of each color. I chose yellow, (a somewhat) pastel purple, and mint green as the colors. I hope you love this look.
